Participants will learn the skills needed to manage interpersonal and workplace conflict and address difficult dialogues.   Conflict concepts and theory, active listening skills, managing anger, and a collaborative model for identifying options and solutions will be covered.  The session will include presentation, interactive activities, and opportunities for an open-dialogue, all focused on managing conflict.

Change Management and The Seven Needs for Personal Productivity© are significant steps in creating a renewable leadership model for the 21^st century workplace. This presentation is not just “mind and body” concepts. Be prepared to find out what are “heart and soul” issues each employee, customer and company need fulfilled. The seven fundamental principles are timeless.

The “transform into what” question is more challenging as each institution will need to decide the answer to that based on their organizational needs, and to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.The idea in a large national or global organization was to place the customer-facing work directly in front of the customer, exactly at the point of service. Work that required consistency and compliance rested with central or corporate HR.

Since the economic collapse of 2008 Bill Humphreys Sr., President and CEO of Citizens Bank, has traveled throughout the Willamette Valley discussing his views on the current local and national economies. Over the past four years he has discussed the different phases of the collapse and what the federal government is doing to remedy the current economy. This most recent presentation touches on, “Phase Two of the Financial Crisis from 2008”.
