Randall Sutton, a partner with Saalfeld Griggs Business Lawyers in Salem, is back for his annual Employment Law and Legislative Update. As it turned out, 2021 was not a whole lot more fun than 2020. Randy will discuss the latest legal developments and what may be in store for employers in 2022 both at the state and federal level. The 2022 Legislative Session is underway and Randy will also discuss bills and anticipated legislation.
