Randy Sutton, a partner with the Saalfeld Griggs law firm, is back for his annual Employment Law and Legislative Update. What a year 2020 was. Randy will discuss the latest legal developments and what may be in store for employers in 2021 both at the state and federal level. The 2021 Legislative Session is underway and Randy will also discuss bills and anticipated legislation. A recap of significant state and federal statutory, regulatory and case law developments over the past year will also be discussed.
