    Oh the feeling of belonging! The topic of belonging often brings memories of family, home, friends, or a specific moment in our lives when we felt like we mattered, a sense of safety, and connection with others. Research shows the importance of belonging in the workplace for productivity and overall well being, still 40% of employees feel isolated at work. During this presentation we are going to explore the meaning of belonging and practical steps we can take through the employee lifecycle to foster this incredibly important feeling that we all know, but not always sense in the workplace.
