Join us for Transgender Issues in the Workplace!
It will certainly require a Supreme Court decision or an act of Congress to have the final say on the legal rights that affect transgender individuals, and it is difficult to make coherent sense of media reports. However, until a Supreme Court decision or Act of Congress happens, there are still some laws, ordinances, regulations, policy statements, and best practices for employers to follow. This program will discuss state laws, case decisions, requirements for government contractors, OSHA regulations, and best practices to help employers understand new and expected requirements, old rules, changing views, and the impact of religion.
