VIRTUAL MID-VALLEY SHRM BOOK CLUB

Join board Member Karlina Christensen for a virtual book club.  We will meet bi-weekly over a virtual cup of tea or coffee.   Best part – only two chapters per session! 

Radical Candor is the ability to challenge directly and show that you care personally at the same time.  In this developmental discussion using the book Radical Candor to guide the conversation we will explore focus areas to shape a New Management Philosophy aimed at allowing HR leaders and Managers to heighten their leadership skills to strategically lead an engaged, high performing team.
