Santa sends his regrets but his North Pole HR director, Mrs. Claus, is happy to share his leadership secrets. The Mrs. includes fun, interactive activities that are sure to fill you with holiday cheer as she shares Santa's greatest successes and recounts a few of his blunders. If you have never attended a SHRMA meeting or if you are a regular, come and enjoy this lighthearted, interactive leadership lesson and leave with a smile and some new friends and colleagues.

As a learning consultant for INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK, Pam develops leadership training programs through the Integris Leadership Institute and enjoys the benefits of telecommuting.
Pam holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, and a Bachelor’s degree in General Engineering. She is a certified Crucial Conversations facilitator through Vital Smarts and a certified coaching facilitator through Corporate Coach University. She is a licensed pilot and served as an adjunct professor, training consultant, and ropes course instructor at the University of Oklahoma.
