    Change Management and The Seven Needs for Personal Productivity© are significant steps in creating a renewable leadership model for the 21st century workplace. This presentation is not just “mind and body” concepts. Be prepared to find out what are “heart and soul” issues each employee, customer and company need fulfilled. The seven fundamental principles are timeless. Participants will have the opportunity to “inventory” their own careers and create a decision-making format for career success and increased communication with their leaders, employees and customers.

    Art Bobrowitz has been a passionate student of people and their relationship to quality of life and work issues for more than thirty-eight years. Art spent over twenty-three years with the Oregon State Police. For nineteen of those years, his primary duties were patrol, public safety training, media relations, and community safety programs. His last eight years were spent as a supervisor and teaching at the Oregon Public Safety Academy at Western Oregon University.

                Since then, Art has used his thirty-eight plus years of management research and experience to launch Compass Rose Consulting Inc., a management and productivity-consulting group. He is the author of Each Human Spirit – the Transformation of the American Workplace and, The Harmony of Science and Soul: Finding Meaning in the Twenty-First-Century Workplace. He consults with a wide variety of organizations on customer satisfaction, communication, and other topics.
