Mark Amberg, attorney with the law firm of Harrang Long
Gary Rudnick P.C. who specialize in advising employers on all
aspects of labor and employment matters, will present on the
topic of managing labor relations in the workforce. The
discussion will cover what both private and public employers
need to know about union and related labor matters,
including tips for managing and responding to union
organizing efforts, labor contact negotiations, employee
grievances, unfair labor practices and more. The presentation
will also include a discussion on recent activity of the National
Labor Relations Board (NLRB), including an update on the
NLRB’s targeting of employer’s social media policies and
recent focus on workplace investigations and at-will
employment policies.
